COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) AEPs are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Pathology domains covered by the services of AEPs include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status.

Research has proven that exercise, at the correct intensity and duration, does improve the quality and duration of life. More importantly, it decreases the incidence of chronic health conditions and obesity. Through exercise physiology you can be tested and provided with exercises to help with the management and prevention of chronic health conditions, rehabilitation, disabilities and mental health conditions.
Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider, and if you are approved for NDIS funding, then we can easily take you through the process so that you can get started quickly with one of our trained Exercise Physiologists.
Yes, we do have some availability for home visits, however, as this takes more time with travel, we are limited in the number of home visits we can conduct on a weekly basis. We are constantly growing our team and already have several locations across Sydney where our team members are based.
Our prices are in line with the national standard, and the amount you pay will depend on how many sessions you need. Great news though, our initial assessments are actually free, so you can have an obligation free first session to ensure you feel comfortable before moving forward.

That depends! We look to find a location that is convenient for you and can be flexible with where that might be. Parks in your local area are always good options.
