WHAT IS Cardio Power?
Cardio Power is a high intensity session, designed to maximize cardio endurance as well as power output. Through the use of intervals and short rests, heart rates stay high and caloric burn is maximized. Unlike our fully sprint based session, Bolts, Cardio Power will include some bodyweight resistance training, and may also utilise stairs, bikes, and other cardio machines. Our expert trainers will design each session to allow you to push yourself safely, and make progress towards your overall endurance and capacity goals.
WHY SHOULD I TRY Cardio Power?
This session is perfect for those who want to work on their cardiovascular fitness, but aren’t interested in trail running with run group, or exclusively sprint training with Bolts. Even if you haven’t worked on cardiovascular fitness and endurance before, our session will offer modifications and adjustments to all levels of fitness. This session will allow you to work your way to better fitness at your own pace, while the design of each session maximizes results, and provides variety. With a large variety of locations and trainers, you’ll find your rhythm and passion for cardio with this exciting session!

Improve your cardiopulmonary fitness
Cardiopulmonary fitness is different from cardiovascular fitness. The very high intensity nature of this class means that the most significant improvements that you will feel will be in your breathing and ability to complete other high intensity activities. Does walking up a hill or stairs get you out of breath? After a couple of weeks of Cardio Power classes, they won’t!

High intensity exercise, that really increases your respiratory rate, like Cardio Power, have been shown to do an amazing job of reducing blood sugar levels to healthy positions and improving all other elements of your physiological health, such as blood pressure and cholesterol.
